A unique experience to get to know our production cycle. Visit the winemaking room and the barrique cellar and learn more about grape processing and bottling.
Our tasting tours are devised for those who wish to learn the secrets of quality wines production, from the cultivation of vines to the bottling process, a journey that will involve all your senses. All tours can be taylor made for individuals, couples, families and small groups up to 12 people.

Winery Etiquette
You are welcome to our production area.
As this is not a showroom or a representative space, we would be grateful if you respected our opening hours and entrance procedures as indicated.
- Tours and tastings are subject to advance booking.
- Visits to the winery wine shop are subject to advance entry request only (confirmation of entry will be given within 10 minutes of receipt of the request).
Therefore, requests without a reservation can only be fulfilled subject to availability and always in respect of already scheduled activities (e.g. order processing).

- Presentation and tasting of 4 quality wines, through a path of increasing olfactory complexity and organoleptic consistency.
- The native vines protagonists of this tour are: Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo and Vermentino.
- Italian-style mise en place, ISO wine tasting glasses and “carasau bread” (music paper) to accompany the tasting.
- Variety of tasty and traditional finger foods to customise your tour.
- Qualified guide.

Cellar Tales
Guided tour of the Cellar with Tasting

- Morning Tour.
- The tour explores the themes and the workings of each workroom (vinification, barrique cellar, warehouse). An in-depth tour, from the processing of fresh grapes to the bottling process.
- A brief lecture on some of the aspects of wine microbiology in relation to the production stages.
- Presentation and tasting of 4 quality wines, through a path of increasing olfactory complexity and organoleptic consistency.
At the end of the wine experience our Extra-vergin olive Oil will be also presented for an open tasting. - The native vines protagonists of this tour are: Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo and Vermentino.
