Our tasting tours are devised for those who wish to learn the secrets of quality
wines production, from the cultivation of vines to the bottling process, a journey that will involve all your senses.
All tours can be taylor made for individuals, couples, families and small groups up to 12 people.

Guided Walk among the Vines with Tasting
Thematic Tour: from the technical quality at the vineyard to the bottle’s value. Everything starts from the vineyard. Choose this tour if you would like to explore all of the multidisciplinary aspects of wine production.
- The tour explores the meaning of Terroir and the strong connections among morphological matters, vines’ massal selection and human expertise in expresing vines’ quality throughout years.
- Short talk on quality parameters, vine’s sizing and stages, harvesting protocol.
Notions on winemaking: First, Second and Third phase. - Presentation of 4 quality wines, through a path of increasing olfactory complexity and organoleptic consistency.

Gabriele is son of an indipendent winegrower.
He spent his early childhood close to nature and helping with the family grape harvests. He’s greatly appreciated for a pro background in tourist hospitality and his talent in describing wine making processes.

Teresa is professional tour guide. Passionate about Sardinian culture in all its nuances, she stands out for her multifaceted vision in telling about wine, art and literature related to the world of wine.
